- August, ####- Present. Private employer, Yury and Eugenia Kamensky. Pearland, TX. Nanny/Caretaker.   Nanny for their # yr old grandson, Benjamin Kamensky. Activities include educational board/card games, piano lessons, and instructional reading/videos.  Voluntary on-call and as needed basis as well as pre-set advance work days.

- October #, ####- January ##, ####. Emergency Medical Doctors Services, Houston, Texas. New Business Coordinator. Performed general office duties, receptionist duties, and cold calls to prospective clients for emergency management, and hospitalist management programs. New company, in business since April, ####. No experience in cold calling/call center cold calls but learned quickly and trained well under the tutelage of the VP of Office Operations, Mardra Dawson. Have sales experience ‘of life’-always asked if I was a salesperson as my career of choice….

- June, ##, ####-August ##, ####. M. D. Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, Texas. Cook I in the Catering Department of the Food and Nutrition Services Department. Prepared gourmet sandwiches, fruit/cheese trays,  salads, entire meal courses and assisted Catering Chef along with Cook II and III personnel with hot food preparations, catering events, etc… 

- November, ####-January, ####. Tuscany Village Nursing, and Rehabilitation Home, Pearland, TX.  Weekend Cook as well as caretaker of the dietary department. Promoted within three (#) weeks of hire date to be Weekend Head Chef/Relief Kitchen Manager. Worked weekends as head cook, preparing all three (#) meals as well as ensuring snacks, and other dietary needs of the residents were met, and followed. Special diets, and requests given upon request along with private dining facility accommodations for resident family members, and staff as approved by the Dietary Supervisor. Daily monies for employee meals, and guest meals were collected, and given to the Dietary Supervisor to deposit daily. Supervision of ##+ employees minimum per shift.
