I am a CSR Veteran having worked Customer Service for well over a twenty-five year span starting when was nineteen years old. I am now fourty plus years old. I am also permanently disabled on permanent SSA Benefits. My goal is to get and keep a permanent fulltime job and not be on SSA Benefits. I am PC literate and have a pleasant telephone voice.
